IS THERE PARKING SPACE AT THE HOTEL?
Parking spaces and garage spaces are available at the accommodation and are charged € 5,- per day (check-In 2 p.m. to check-out 10 a.m.). The height of the underground car parking is 2,30m and it is located a couple of meters away from our hotel. The entry ticket is available during check-in.
WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND THE CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Check-in starts from 2 pm. Our reception is manned until 8 pm. If you are arriving later, please let us know and we can put your room keys in our key safe. Check-out ends at 10 am.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
DO I NEED TO MAKE A DOWN PAYMENT?
Your booking is guaranteed by making a down payment of 40% of the total amount by credit card or by transferring the total amount in advance. The remaining amount can be payed in the hotel in cash with debit card, Visa or Mastercard.
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS?
Cancellation prior 90 days to arrival will be charged with 40% of the total price. Cancellation prior 30 days to arrival will be charged with 70% of the total price. Cancellation prior 7 days to arrival will be charged with 90% of the total price. Postponing your booking dates is unfortunately not possible!
We recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance!
HOW FAR IS THE CLOSEST SKI LIFT?
The closest ski lift, the Nassereinbahn, is 450 meters away from our hotel and you can easily come there by foot. The Galzigbahn is 800 meters away from our hotel. In the morning there are free shuttle buses available (8:30 am. to 10:45 am.).
DO ALL ROOMS AND APARTMENTS HAVE SEPARATE BEDS AND DOUBLE BEDS?
We are very flexible in these cases and separate beds and double beds are possible in most of our rooms Please let us know during the reservation process, so we can prepare that for you in advance!
CAN I BUY SKI PASSES IN THE HOTEL?
We are not selling ski passes in our hotel. You can buy them online here or at the valley station.
CAN I BOOK HALF BOARD ADDITIONALLY?
We are offering a breakfast buffet, but we do not offer half board! Between 3pm and 7pm you can order from our small menu regional dishes, snacks and drinks at our reception.
IS THERE A REFRIGERATOR AND A WATER KETTLE IN THE ROOMS?
There are no water kettles or refrigerators in our single and double rooms. There is a vending machine in our hotel. Additionally you can order drinks and small dishes in our bistro! All of our apartments have a fully furnished kitchen!
